Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services are:
· Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.
· Legal obligation – we have to collect or use your information so we can comply with the law for example checking CSCS card details from contractors is required by law. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.
· Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
o We have to collect relevant details from contractors that we use to work on site (e.g. name, address and copy of their CSCS card). The data does not include any special category data, and the contractors would expect us to be collecting and storing this data. We use secure methods of keep our data safe, and in the unlikely event of a breach, it is not the kind of data that would be likely to cause a risk to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the contractors.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They assist us with keeping compliant with H&S regulations, and they carry out site audits. We have IT consultants that assist with email set up. We use GoDaddy for our website.
